The Backpack Puzzle
- Objective: Memory training
- Here’s how it works: One child places five items from their preschool backpack—such as a lunchbox, a pencil, or a stuffed animal—on the table. The other children memorize the items. Then the group closes their eyes, and one item is hidden back in the backpack. Who can guess what’s missing?
The Colorful Painting Journey
- Objective: To encourage creativity
- Here’s how it works: All the children sit in a circle, each with a sheet of paper and a pencil. The music plays, and everyone starts drawing. When the music stops, each child passes their sheet to the child on their left. When the music starts again, everyone continues drawing on the other child’s picture. In the end, fun collaborative artworks are created.
The Sticker Scavenger Hunt
- Objective: Physical activity & small gifts
- Here’s how it works: The teachers hide small envelopes containing stickers in the classroom or playground. The children must follow clues, such as “Look where we hang our backpacks,” to find the treasure.
The Backpack Obstacle Course
- Objective: Agility
- How to play: Set up a small obstacle course using pillows, tires, or benches. The children must navigate the course while wearing a backpack, without letting it slip or get in their way. At the end, they can take off their backpacks and enjoy some tasty snacks.
